Looking for someone to take over my lease for a double room in a 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Egham as I’m moving back up north. Just a stone throw away from Egham Station (41 mins to Waterloo!), this room is perfect for anyone who is commuting or is interested in staying in or around the area. Super easy links to the M25 also as well as supermarkets like Tesco and Waitrose only being 3 minutes away in the High Street.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a side drawer alongside a table, chair and long standing mirror. The brown desk in the pictures is my own and I will be taking it with me.

The main bathroom in the flat is your en-suite, as Jac (the flatmate) has his own en-suite in his room. This bathroom has a separate bath, shower and is large in size. It’s also conveniently located just across from this room.

You’ll be living with Jac, a 22-year old who is super chill.

There is also a courtyard / balcony area facing the inside of the apartments which is nice. The building is factored so they are always doing something to maintain it. It is in a really airy area and you get lots of sunlight in the flat which is perfect.
