We have a three bedroom house share with three rooms to rent.

Room 1 - Double Bedroom - £800
Room 2 - Double Bedroom - £700
Room 3 - Double Bedroom - £700

There is one bathroom with a bath tub and shower upstairs and one WC toilet downstairs.

You will have access to a kitchen, with cupboards, oven, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is also a shared living room space and a garden.

There is parking available directly in front of the property and roads within walking distance are all free.

The pictures on the advert is of when the house was empty however, the house comes furnished with everything.

House is a 5 minute walk from Egham station and around a 10 minute walk to the high street.

Room 2 - Small double ottoman bed with one wardrobe
Room 3 - Small double ottoman bed with one wardrobe

The price per month includes bills.

Happy to accept couples (may be small charge for double occupants).

References will be required as well as a deposit.
