Hi Room Hunter!

We’re three friends who’ve just secured this lovely 5-bed home and are looking for two more easy-going, mindful people to join us. The house is spacious, bright, and has a big garden — the perfect mix of homely and social.

About the House:
✨ 5 bedrooms in total (three upstairs, two downstairs)
✨ Large modern kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace
✨ Cosy living and dining areas plus a sunny conservatory
✨ Huge garden with outdoor seating (summer BBQs incoming!)
✨ Two bathrooms: one big shared upstairs, one smaller downstairs
✨ Prime location: only 7 minutes’ walk to the station, 5 minutes to Egham High Street, and 10 minutes to Royal Holloway University 🚶‍♀️

The Rooms Available (both downstairs):
1. The Biggie: Enormous double room with so much floor space you could host your own yoga retreat.
2. The Cosy Double: A good-sized double room.

A bit about us 🌸
We’re three friends (two girls and one guy) taking the upstairs rooms. We’re friendly, considerate, and not a party house. We love good chats over tea, music, and cooking, but we also respect each other’s downtime. We’re all about mindful living and creating a comfortable, calm space to come home to.

Who we’d love to live with 😊
Someone friendly, clean, and easy-going. We’d like people who are social but also respect that the house isn’t a party pad. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys a laugh, a shared meal now and then, or even just a morning coffee chat — you’ll fit right in.
