Description
I've spent the last couple of years renovating my flat and the second room is available for letting. Work on the flat is pretty much complete, the only thing left is to paint the room to let and some minor pieces in the bathroom.
The flat is in easy walking distance of all of Egham's amenities, approximately:
High Street and Train Station: 5 mins
Royal Holloway: 10 mins
I regularly socialise in London and its easily commutable, approx. 30 mins to Clapham Junction and 40 mins to Waterloo.
About me, I've always lived with flatmates and enjoy sharing my home with new people. I'm a sociable person but respect people's boundaries when I live with them. Being a guy I like playing with cars, bikes (both kinds), rugby etc. but I don't let any of that impose.
On the note of cleanliness, I've got an amazing cleaner who comes biweekly, that's not because I'm messy but because she does a better job cleaning than I ever could. Her and all of the bills are included in the rent which I think is fair.
As you've probably guessed I am a live in 'non-lazy' landlord so if anything does break I'll get it fixed quickly. I also go away with work for about (roughly 1-2 weeks a month, work dependent) so you'll have the place to yourself from time to time.
