Double room for rent

Hi There,
We have one double room to rent in Egham. The property is 5 beedrooms,2 bathrooms and kitchen. The house has one parking space in the fron of house but there is always possible to find parking on the road. If the room is taken by single person the rent is £400+£50 council tax and the rest of the bills are split as the come, usually every three months. If the room is taken by couple it would be £400+£50+£50 and bills split between more people and it is less. Double room has king size with 4 draws, wardrobe and table. Downstairs toilet has shower which was done last summer and is new. Upstairs bathroom has bath, toilet and sink. There is small garden in the back. Three housemates which are staying are from Slovakia and one from Poland. We are looking for someone who has employment and is able to pay their rent in time.
