Double room and own bathroom to rent - Egham

Hi there potential flatmates. I rent a lovely flat in Egham and unfortunately my current flatMate is moving out so I need a new one. It is a lovely double room with built in wardrobes. The flat has two bathrooms so the main bathroom would be your own. The flat is fully furnished with my own furniture as is the room so a flatmate with little/no furniture is preferable. I am a 34yr old professional woman, working in London, extremely easy going and love a glass of wine. I am ideally looking for a professional male/female or PhD student to share with, someone who will respect the flat and my things. The flat is 5 mins from the heart of Egham and ten mins from the train station so it is ideally located. The rent is £795 inc. bills (unfortunately its an expensive area) but definitely willing to come lower if the room is needed for less days.
