A brand new decent mattress to be delivered and added to the room on securing room with a deposit. (48 hour delivery - good quality temporary mattress available at short notice).Also new net curtains to be added to the room, and any other fixtures/fittings/furniture requested.

Rental Charge:

Rental for single occupancy for full time use is £500.00 pcm includes private large furnished bedroom, all property bills, and communal use of the kitchen/bathroom facilities.

Included are the following bills (gas / electric / council tax / water / sewage / broadband / communal area cleaning)

weekly or monthly rental payments accepted.

cash payments only.

no fixed term contract - min one month stay.
