Double en-suited room

Sadly our existing lodger has got his dream job in Dubai and will no longer be with us :( therefore we have a free room ready for someone similar to fill it. We are looking for a professional who is friendly, independent, trustworthy, clean and tidy; a good sense of humour would be an advantage ;) We are both busy professionals and are in the middle of doing up the house this won't effect your room or the kitchen etc. The room is available from 1st November.

The room is bright and airy and garden facing it's also very private with its own hallway leading up to it. The room currently has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers which can be moved or changed for a desk. The room has access to Sky tv (all channels) and broadband. All bills would be included and you'll have full access to the kitchen, utility room and dining room, there is parking and space for bikes/storage as well.
