I am looking to rent a large double bedroom in my family home now that my son has moved out.
The room currently has two single beds which can be put together or you can bring a double.
The room effectively has its own private bathroom as my son and I use the one downstairs.
We may accept couples or 2 friends, but the rent would be adjusted accordingly.
The room is recently redecorated, has a flatscreen TV, all storage and furniture. Would be prefect either for a student at Royal Holloway or a working professional.
