Large double bedroom in Egham available

Double bed in large bedroom with fitted mirror wardrobes, small desk and two bedside cabinets, overlooking the back garden. We are 15-20 walk from Egham and Staines town centres. Handy for M25, M4, M3 and surrounding areas such as Wentworth, Chertsey, Weybridge.

Use of first floor large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and basin. My husband and I have our own on-suite bathroom on the third floor so only use the family bathroom occasionally.

There are two other bedrooms in the house with one used as an office and the other for occasional guests.

Living/dining room and kitchen are shared.

We have parking available at the front of the house, a garage and a long back garden.

Bills include wifi, water, gas, electricity, council tax, Virgin cable TV.

We are looking for another female professional to rent the room. We also have one friendly house cat called Sky.
