You'd be made to feel very welcome here, we are both very friendly and easy to live with.

The room is a large double (3. 5m x 4m) in a quiet position overlooking the rear garden. It is fully furnished including a double bed, 2-seater sofa, built-in wardrobe, desk and desk chair, a bookshelf, a chest of drawers & a stereo cabinet. It also has a large lamp and bright pictures.

The house is located in a picturesque cul-de-sac a short walk from Egham station and town centre. There is easy access to the M25 and A30 as well as parking available in the bay opposite the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cupboard space available. There is a downstairs toilet as well as the bathroom/toilet upstairs.

(A friendly cat also lives here so unfortunately no cat-allergy sufferers please)
