Superb double in apartment - till end of July

I'm Phil and a professional who lives in leafy Surrey.

It's a really nice spot with Windsor Great Park on the doorstep, local pubs and the village with restaurants and shops. Also local amenities in Egham are good as well as transport links into London and Berkshire/Surrey.

The room benefits from a fully fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers with plenty of storage and hanging space.

There is a double bed in the room and the person will have primary use of the main bathroom in the property (I have an en-suite)

I have fibre broadband, YouView, BT Sport, Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. I have a cleaner that comes weekly.

There is a parking space for use also.

All bills included except contribution to consumables (laundry/dishwasher)

Please no couples and I can’t accommodate pets.

Will suit a short term let until the end of July.
