We have a double room available (single occupancy only) with its own private bathroom. The bedroom has 3 full length cupboards. There is a shared kitchen & living room and bills are included. The property has a garden terrace overlooking parkland. The room advertised is the one with the spotted bedding and the bathroom with the bath and shower over.

Sharing is primarily with one female whose room & bathroom are on a different floor.

The landlord occasionally stays at the property and uses the third bedroom. which has its own en-suite.

There is parking on the quiet street and it may sometimes be possible to park on the driveway (tbc).

The room is available from early November.
