Double room with private bathroom - bills included

We have a double room available (single occupancy only) with its own private bathroom. The bedroom has 3 full length cupboards. There is a shared kitchen & living room and bills are included. The property has a garden terrace overlooking parkland. The room advertised is the one with the spotted bedding and the bathroom with the bath and shower over.

It is a quiet house and sharing is primarily with one female whose room & bathroom are on a different floor.

The landlord (myself and my husband) occasionally stay at the property with our 2 dogs - we use the third bedroom which has its own en-suite. We are happy for the tenants to use the communal areas of the house but, as we are not around all the time, we do ask that the they keep the communal rooms clean and tidy if they use them.

There is parking on the quiet street and it may sometimes be possible to park on the driveway (tbc).

The room is available from early-mid July
