This is a 4 bed end terrace house in Notley End, Englefield Green, Egham, TW20 ORE. Currently rented to a group of 4 who are very happy here but three have finished studies so are moving on, leaving one (Tom) who is staying on.

Within 5 minutes or so walk of RHUL, 5 minutes drive to M25, Heathrow 15 minutes, Gatwick 45 minutes.

It has front and rear gardens, gas central heating, double glazing, lounge, bathroom, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. In excellent condition throughout.

Available as a student let only.. Your share of the rent would be £550 per month for a double room.

Plus, obviously you split the utility bills. Since you’re a student, there’s no council tax to pay.

There is ample parking both to the front and rear of the house. There's also a washing machine, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, new built in oven and hob, tumble dryer, new boiler, etc.

Included in the rent is internet, the TV licence, garden upkeep and window cleaning.

Deposit of £100 payable on signing up.

You will need a guarantor, preferably a parent.

I would hope I’m a very professional landlord, and deal with any problems that occur immediately. You’ll be welcome to speak to the existing tenants who I’m sure will confirm this. Nothing is too much trouble, if it breaks, I’ll fix it.
