I am renting my spare rooms, (please note pics are old, it has had new laminate flooring in all rooms, along with a new ottoman bed )

I am an easygoing person and get on with people of all ages.


I will be a live in landlord as intend to move into the property once renovations are complete
There are two shower rooms downstairs (soon to be changed to 1 shower downstairs, and a family bathroom upstairs) and a common living area

Broadband, electricity, gas and water rates included

Council tax and tv licence will be the responsibility of the housemates.

2 large fridge freezers, and washing machine

All bedrooms include a ottoman bed that has plenty of storage, desk and chair if required, and wardrobe, and each bedroom has a lockable door.

Please note there are actually 6 bedrooms in the property, however My intention is to renovate the house and one bedroom is being turned into a upstairs bathroom , so please bear this in mind, hence the monthly rent is quite cheap,.

There may be a requirement to move directly into one of the renovated rooms as soon as it’s ready, however that will incur an increase in rent , this allowing me to start on the other rooms.30 days notice will be given in this instance, give you the option to leave.

I am happy to let to a couple however there will be a extra £75 per month on rent
