Spacious double en-suite room

The room is central to Englefield Green village centre and walking distance to Royal Holloway University. I live here all the time, accompanied by two teenage children every other week. We also have a cat. The room is spacious with lots of storage space, a smart TV and own shower room. There is off-street parking and a gym in the garage which the tenant would be welcome to use when my family aren’t in there! There is a large, well-equipped kitchen and a nice garden with patio and furniture. A cleaner visits once a fortnight to clean the whole house and all bathrooms, including the room being advertised.
