Spacious Double Room Available with Professional

Hi There!

Looking for a clean and easy going professional for a 2 bed house. Would consider a student if they want a quiet setting and who are generally tidy.
You would be sharing with a working professional who works at home half the time and is generally easy going, my partner is over on the weekends.
I also have small dog ( a pug) so must be okay with small dogs. I may consider a discount on the rent if the person happy to look after the dog in the days during the week and keep the little fella entertained every now and then.
All bills are inclusive (gas, water, tax, electric).
Move in date ASAP.
