Double room available

I'm a young female working/studying, so I would ideally like a female student to share the house with.

Ideally a housemate who's tidy, quiet, friendly, and considerate of others.
The house is close to Royal Holloway university and Windsor Great Park.

The rooms are fully furnished and bills would be included in the rent.

There is one room which is currently available. Ideally looking for a housemate who’s looking to rent for the next academic term.

Please note, I have a cat at home, so hoping my housemate would be okay with a cat at home.
