The bedroom includes a bed that can be used as a single or pulled out to a large double, along with storage, a mirrored wardrobe, and a desk. It’s located on the first floor of a townhouse within walking distance of Royal Holloway University, shops, and restaurants. Windsor Great Park is also close by for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors.

The area offers village life, while still offering quick access to London via nearby Egham train station.

We are a family of four - a married couple with two children aged 12 and 6 - and we share the house with three cats. Our family bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor, separate from the living areas. All other spaces shown in the photos are shared, and the shower bathroom is for the lodger’s use.

My husband and I both work full-time, so the house is very quiet during the day. In the evenings and at weekends, we are often out and about due to the children’s busy sporting schedules.

We’ve welcomed lodgers for three years, and it has always been a wonderful experience.
