I'm looking for a clean and respectable flatmate to rent my spare double bedroom in a newly renovated ground floor flat in Englefield Green. The room features a comfortable double bed with lift-up storage underneath, a large fitted wardrobe, a desk, and a chair.
Although the room isn’t technically an ensuite, it has exclusive access to the main bathroom, conveniently located just outside the bedroom door. The bathroom has modern amenities, including an LED-lit mirror, rainfall shower, and a contemporary toilet.
The flat offers private access and includes modern appliances and decor throughout. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with a double oven, a 5-gas burner stove, a washer dryer, and a large fridge freezer. The lounge features a 65-inch TV and corner sofa.
There is off street parking on the adjacent and opposite roads less than a 30 second walk from the flat.
The rent is £850 per calendar month with all bills included, and a 5-week deposit will be required. I'm seeking a 6 to 12-month tenancy but will consider other terms. The room is available from the beginning of July. No couples or daily smokers please.
About me: I'm a 24 year old professional male that's recently graduated from university. I work most of the week in office, occasionaly working from home. In my free time, I enjoy socialising, hiking, wild camping, tennis, triathlons, gaming, and pub crawls/nights out. Preferably looking for someone that's sociable, and enjoys a pint or two on thr weekend.
