Two rooms available for female students

I'm a young female, looking for female housemates to share the house with, from September for 12 months contract.

The fully furnished room is close to Royal Holloway University and Windsor Great Park.

Rent includes all bills except council tax/ students are exempt from council tax.

Ideal housemate would be a female who’s tidy, considerate of others, friendly, non - smoker and values a calm, peaceful home environment.

I have a cat at home, so you’ll need to be happy living with a pet.
