Room to Rent in Englefield Green for Students

Hello, I'm looking to move out but need a replacement tenant to take my place. We're currently four people sharing a house (three girls, one guy). There are two bathrooms, a shared living room + kitchen, and a huge garden. We're in a small community just down the road from Hox Park. Everyone's pretty easygoing, no hard rules for living in the house -- just stay mindful of each other's space and clean up after yourself. You would start paying rent from the 18th of November but can move in any time from the 28th of October. The contract lasts until June '26. We pay a fixed price of £103 per month for all our bills including water, electricity, heating, and wi-fi.
