Hello, I'm looking to move out but need a replacement tenant to take my place. We're currently four people sharing a house (three girls). There are two bathrooms, a shared living room + kitchen, and a huge garden. We're in a small community just down the road from Hox Park.

Everyone's pretty easygoing, no hard rules for living in the house -- just stay mindful of each other's space and clean up after yourself. You would start paying rent from the 18th of the month but can move in any time before then too. The contract lasts until June '26. We pay a fixed price of £103 per month for all our bills including water, electricity, heating, and wi-fi.
