The house has three friendly housemates, a big garden, large common space with a long table and around eight chairs, a shared kitchen and living room, and is well-maintained.
We’re looking for a responsible, tidy student who will get along well with the housemates. Rent is £725 per month, with bills of £33.55. The room is available from 12th January.
