Double bed room available

Me and my housemate have a double bed room available and need someone to move in as soon as possible (June/July time). The room is very spacious, there is no mould in the house and it is filled with new amenities like a new washing machine. Alongside this, there’s things me and my housemates families have bought that you wouldn’t need to purchase anymore like microwave etc, along with games and stuff. The house is a 10 min walk from the campus, with shops across the street, a pharmacy down the road, and bus stops right outside!
