1 person needed for a house just outside London

We are seven undergraduate students studying at Royal Holloway, Egham. We are looking for just one more flatmate. We are both film and music enthusiasts accepting of anyone who may be studying from either Holloway or the greater London area. The nearest station is a direct service into Waterloo, as well as our nearest pub being a 5 minute walk away. The property itself is a two-floor, detached and furnished house with a decent size kitchen, alongside a garden and living room. The price of 710 has utility bills included as well as a TV license.
