£700/ month including bills (Broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax, weekly cleaner). The street is a cul-de-sac, parallel to the high street so convenient for shops, food etc.
There is reliable wireless broadband from Virgin.
The double room contains a desk and an office chair, chest of drawers, a small double bed, a bookshelf and a wardrobe. It has been newly decorated and the double wall socket has USB sockets too.
The bedroom windows have blackout blinds as well as thick velvet curtains to block out the light when necessary at night.
The house has two showers, three wash basins, and two toilets. A kitchen-diner, with French doors leads onto the separate sitting room (with underfloor heating), that has double glass doors leading on to the south facing garden patio.
You can work at the table in the sitting room or the kitchen if you need to work from home, and you want to work somewhere other than the desk in your room.
There is a separate cupboard in the hallway for the vacuum cleaner and ironing board and shelves for each persons shoes.
The kitchen has a large full height fridge (each person has two fridge shelves), microwave/ oven, a gas hob and seperate electric oven, toaster, kettle and slow cooker.
