Flat mate wanted for Double Bedroom in Epsom/Ewell

I am a chilled professional 27 year old looking for someone to fill in the spare double room in my flat.

My best friend has moved out and I am now looking for someone to move in ASAP.

I am Greek but speak fluent English and have been living in the UK for 8 years. I live in Epsom/ Ewell KT19 0DB , the flat consists of a communal kitchen, living room, bathroom(has a bathtub). The bedroom is unfurnished sadly but maybe the landlord would be able to help with locating some reasonable priced furniture.

Rent is £487.5 PCM . Bills would be separate cost which involves Council tax, water, gas, electric, internet and home insurance.

Council Tax: £98.5
Water: £17.10
Internet: £14
Gas & Electric : £33
Home insurance: £16

Total = £ 666.10

The flat is within a 2minute walk from Aldi and Co-OP and just above a bus stop which takes you straight to Kingston (406/418). Other local amenities within 2-5 minutes walking include 2 corner stores, hairdressers, tailors, various takeouts/restaurants, a vets and a pharmacy.

There is parking available outside the flat. Technically there is a patio and garden space but this belongs to the office below the flat, however during summer we are free to lay a towel down and relax in the sun over the weekend while the office is shut.

I enjoy having a movie night or being social with my house mate, but also enjoy my own space and having my own time on my room . I don’t really party or drink much but am always down to hang out. Sometimes visit my boyfriend at his place so you would have the flat to yourself.
