Transport: The flat is perfectly located, only a 8 minute walk to Epsom train station which has connections to London (25 min) and the rest of Surrey. There is a bus stop over the road with buses going to Morden (where you can catch the northern line tube to London), Kingston, Sutton, cheam, Wimbledon and Banstead.
Epsom high street is a 5 minute walk away, which has plenty of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and a cinema.
Epsom hospital is a 20 minute walk, there is also a bus which takes you directly to the hospital.
UCA university is less than a 5 minute walk.
You will be living with me. I am a 62 year old woman who enjoys socialising, cooking, reading, watching movies and a nice glass of wine!
You will be sharing the lounge/dining area and modern kitchen.
I am looking for a friendly and easy going Flatmate. Someone who is sociable but also enjoys their own space and likes cats, as I have a cat.
Your room is very spacious and fully furnished with a smart TV with Nextflix, King Size bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. Your en-suite is complete with a shower over the bath, sink/cabinet and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc
There is a patio with a table/ chairs .

The rent is £675.00 PCM, this includes all bills. £675.00 deposit.
