Large ensuite loft conversion

Spacious room with ensuite shower and toilet. Located in the loft so that means plenty of privacy. Bedroom pictures are from when it was my room (can send more recent pictures when current flatmate moves out in a few weeks) but major furniture will be provided; bed, chest of drawers, bookcase etc.

Separate climate control for your area - FYI I'm more of a 'put a jumper on' kind of person downstairs so I keep it cool. Lovely rooftop terrace to relax in, a large living room and kitchen with utensils/crockery etc provided.

Flat is above a shop accessed round the back, security lights installed. Close to bus route 406 for local area and 5 min walk to the station (zone 5).

Looking for someone sociable but also happy to have downtime after work. I work early mornings so need someone who doesn't mind being quiet in the evenings as my room is downstairs by the kitchen/livingroom. I have 2 cats so you need to be animal friendly.
