Room in House - Epsom Downs

We are a professional couple whose adult children are now living away or at university. We have 3 spare rooms and would love to help a student get on their feet and become familiar with and settle into Epsom while they study here.
We can offer temporary accommodation while they find somewhere permanent or we can offer accommodation term time only as our children return home in the university holidays. We are particularly interested in helping international students feel at home and helping them to enjoy the area and explore London.
We have a large 4 bedroomed house with a garden and a dog. We are 5 min from Tattenham Corner Station and there is a bus stop 2 mins walk which goes into Epsom, Redhill or Sutton. We live 5 minutes walk from Epsom Downs which is a beautiful country area where we walk our dog.
