Large, en-suite loft room to rent in family home.

We are an older couple, now empty nesters. We are looking for a clean and tidy person to rent our en-suite loft room.
Room is available for single occupant. Large shower room with walk in shower and plenty of storage space. Main room 5. 7m x 2. 8m with sloping ceiling at one end. House wi-fi (there is a booster in the loft). Use of family kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large garden. We are vegetarian (non vegetarians welcome but please be tidy in the kitchen).
We have an energetic greyhound so you must be OK with large dogs. 10mins walk to Ewell West station. 3mins walk to bus into Epsom or Kingston (418 route). Parking on the road - not too bad so you should be able to park quite close. Close to parks / golf club / David Lloyd. £400 deposit.
Non smokers only. No working from home but students studying at home are very welcome. Room is available from 6th January 2026 but you can view it before. No minimum stay. Maximum stay 1year. Please message for a viewing (in person or via video call).
