The rent is £950 per month , all bills included. Broadband is super fast Sky via wifi but also it is hard wired directly into each bedroom to prevent any service interruption.
There is a TV aerial available in each bedroom and the shared areas receive a weekly clean. A super-secure bicycle shelter is on site and off road car parking is available at a slight extra cost.
