Description

The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom large maisonette.

The room I have to rent is a furnished double room, with virtually exclusive use of the main bathroom, as I generally use my en-suite. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher etc. Fully double glazed with modern heating, and broadband, and sky TV
We also have a small private patio, and large communal gardens and a bike storage facility. Parking is not an issue, but is on the street, which is in a private residential housing estate. The flat does have one allocated parking space, which I use. however we have ample street parking with no restrictions.

The location is a 15 minute walk from Epsom town centre, which has the expected services you would find in most medium towns, and the station is on the main line in to London, approximately 35 minutes to Waterloo or Victoria. We have a local small parade of shops, 5 minutes walk away, which include all the vital things, Tesco extra, Bakers, Pharmacy, Fish and chip shop, David Lloyds Gym Plus the obligatory charity shop. A selection of pubs, restaurants, takeaways are all within easy walking distance.

A little about me !! I am easy going, do not smoke, ( But do use Ecigs) I work full time in my own business, and go out most evenings. I hardly ever cook, so the kitchen does not get much use, so a keen cook would have a field day. I do not mind smokers, but it would be outside only, A condition of the lease states no pets, so that is not negotiable, Ideally I am looking for professional person, who would also be clean and tidy, as I hate a mess, however how you keep your room is your business, but the rest of the flat, is to be kept clean.

I do have a cleaner who comes in for a couple of hours a week, to help out.

I am looking for someone for an initial 6 months agreement, and if we get on well, that could become open ended.

I am not looking for couples, but overnight guests are not a problem. This property is not suitable for someone working from home, as i work from home and cannot share the lounge during normal working hours, due to my clients information being confidential..
