Light double room available from July '26

Hi there, I have one double room available to a single occupant in an nice area of Epsom, within walking distance to the station, the shops and a couple of pubs.
A live-in arrangement with me, the landlord. Sharing full access to the house including kitchen (with your own fridge), x1 bathroom, sitting room and a downstairs cloakroom.
There is a small garden and I have x2 very sweet French Bulldogs.
