Light double room available from July '26

Hi there, I have one double room available in an nice area of Epsom, within walking distance to the station, the shops and a couple of pubs.
Live-in arrangement with me (landlord). Sharing kitchen and x1 bathroom, plus a downstairs cloakroom.
Professional preferable. Student would be considered.
I have two French Bulldogs who are very sweet
Ideally I'm looking to find someone who needs this room during the week only - Monday to Friday but willing to discuss.
