One large private room available in a family home (2 adults and 2 children). We are a laid back, happy and friendly household who would welcome someone similar who has good morals and can look after our home just as well as we do. Our house is very close to Epsom Downs, UCA and local shops (co-op, post office etc are 5 minutes walk away). We have a lovely open planned living space and garden with a hot tub. The room is a large, comfortable garden cabin room with heating, internet and a large private living space. The rent is inclusive of all bills including Wifi. Please provide references.
