Description
We have a single room to rent in our family home. Half the week it's just one adult you'll be sharing with (Mon and Tues and every other weekend). The other half of the week (Weds, Thurs and every other other weekend) my boys will be with me - they are 6 and 10 and sleep through the night, are very friendly and well mannered. We have two cats, a lovely garden, space on the driveway for your car, washing machine, tumble dryer and a kitchen with a dishwasher, nespresso machine, fridge, kitchenaid, all of which you are welcome to use.
We are situated close to Epsom Downs train station, a bus to Epsom station, and close to Toyota and Pfizer UK HQs.
