There are trains to Victorea, Waterloo and Londond Bridge directly. It comes with private parking space, perfect for single person.

I need to go to work in the Central London daily so this flat is a bit far for me , plus travel cost is too expensive hence renting it out. It is ideal for someone commute locally or drive to work.

The rent is 290 pounds per week all bills included, council tax, water and electricity bill( there was a fixed number based on last 3 years, so if anything more than it will be covered by the Tenant)

I am renting it cheap as I want to find a nice person(just like my last tanent) appricate the flat can stay long term and looks after the flat nicely. Single tanent only NOT for couple, friends as the council tax paid for single person only.
