It is within walking distance from the Local General Hospital.

One is Ensuite double room with built in wardrobes.
One double room with built in wardrobes will be sharing the second bathroom with one more person.

All house mates can enjoy a dining room, a sitting room and a garden with garden table and chairs.
There is a space to park your bicycles if necessary.
There is a washing machine and a dish washer which will be shared.
I am hoping to share my house with mature professionals.
Feel free and relax in the house but also respect others space and privacy.
Like to socialise with other housemates, and have gatherings .
All bills are included in the rent.
Reference will be required along with a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
