Often empty pretty cottage to rent - short term

Available until 31st August 2025. I have a lovely 2 bed cottage on the edge of Epsom cottage that I am in a maximum of four nights/week but often less. Every other weekend I will not be there and sometimes not there for one/two weeks at a time. It is therefore empty a lot and I am looking for someone to fill it and treat it like a home.

You will have the whole house to yourself a lot of the time. On offer is a small double bedroom (image shows bunk beds but these have now been replaced with a double ottoman bed), and access to the whole house except my bedroom. There is a bathroom, lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, and space at the end of the kitchen currently has a desk in but it could be used for whatever you wish. There is a front south-facing garden and secluded side patio garden.

Female only. All bills are included.

The house is on a footpath facing the common and is blissfully quiet. There is parking about 30 seconds walk around the corner. There are two lovely pubs nearby and Epsom train station and town centre are about 15/20 minutes walk away.

Please note that I do have a small, non-shedding dog, who may occasionally be in the house when I am there. He is quiet and keeps himself to himself.
