Hi!
We are currently living in a flat in Epsom and are looking for someone to replace one of our flatmates who is moving out! The room available is a double room, semi furnished (no bed but wardrobe and chest of drawers are within the room) and there are 2 bathrooms within the flat (one ensuite with another room), there is a large kitchen diner area with sofa and table/chairs. The property is in Council Tax bracket D and all the bills every month makes the total price around £875
We are both working for the NHS and complete a range of different shift times including nights so it would be important for us that someone moving in is mindful of this.
