Monday to Friday room available in a warm and welcoming detached home in the sought-after college area of Epsom — perfect for a professional seeking a peaceful, comfortable weekday base with excellent London transport links.

The house is on a quiet residential road, around a 10-minute walk from Epsom station and 5 minutes from the town centre. Epsom Downs, home of the famous Derby and lovely open views across to London on a clear day, is also within walking distance.

Epsom station offers regular trains to Waterloo (35 mins), Victoria (40 mins), and London Bridge (43 mins). The town centre has plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms, and other amenities nearby.

My detached home is clean, comfortable, and relaxed, with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge, fast Wi-Fi, and all bills included. The bright furnished single room overlooks a lovely green and gets plenty of natural light, making it a relaxing space to unwind after work.

The bathroom is shared, and everyone is considerate and respectful of each other’s routines.

I also share my home with another easy-going and respectful lodger. It’s a relaxed and homely environment where everyone values both personal space and a friendly atmosphere.

I’m looking for someone considerate, tidy, and easygoing who would enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment rather than a party house.

I’m also happy to consider short-term arrangements and occasional weekend stays by arrangement.
