Cute room(s) in Epsom 2-bed flat - takes up to 4

I'm subletting the second room in a super cute, clean, newly refurbished two bedroom flat in Epsom, price is negotiable.
- It's a medium size room, can fit in a small double bed, and has a large, designated closet next to the room
- two bathrooms, both with showers, so you'd have your own bathroom/shower
- a light and spacious open plan kitchen/living room
- dishwasher, washing machine, elevator and designated parking space
- Pictures are of it empty, but its all furnished and the bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference
- flat is just off the high street, so minutes walk from a supermarket, shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, lots of charity shops etc.
- 5 minute walk from Epsom station
- 35 minutes out from central London on the train (not too bad a commute for work or anything else)
- It's available from anytime in between the 15th July up until beginning-mid September (dates can be flexible) but preferably at least a one month minimum stay (or payment)
- I've listed the second smaller bedroom up to be sublet, but I will be in and out a lot throughout July and August so I'm happy to be out for for the whole period and for someone to stay in the larger double bedroom (that is mine) if they prefer, that also has a built in wardrobe and an en-suite.
- Or if there's a group of multiple people that would like to stay, I could take up to 4 people.
