Sunny Large Single Room in Epsom

I have a large furnished single room to let on Epsom Downs, with its own bathroon - but not adjacent to the bedroom. Its in a clean and tidy house of non-smokers. The room ideally is for Rent Mon - Fri morning - 4 nights a week at £80. I would consider extra nights if required at extra cost. Utility bills are included with the exception of the landline. Boardband is available. A deposit will be required as well as a copy of your driving licence - as proof of identity, and references.

This is a room let and not a house share, however kitchen is available for use, but must remain clean and tidy, and own washing up done.
