2 great rooms available for the students. The house will be occupied by students of UCA and Kingston unibersity next academic year. Previous housemates (now leaving) have stayed over the course of their whole, 3 year degree (so were very happy there!). There are two single rooms (£310/month), both 12 month contracts. You must be a student to rent the room. The rent includes gas and water bills. Electricity and broadband cost is shared between tenants, electricity works out £10/per month per student and broadband is approximately £5/month/per student. The house is approximately 2 minutes away from a bus stop, 5 minutes walk to West Ewell train station - zone 6 and half an hour walk to university and Epsom town.
