Single room available in family house (we have an active 4 year old boy).

The house is located in Ewell (between Kingston and Epsom) with direct bus routes to both a short 5 minutes walk away. The nearest station is a 15 minutes walk with direct trains to Waterloo, and if you have a car the A3 is 1 mile away making it good for e. g. Wimbledon, Leatherhead and beyond.

Ewell is a very residential area - the house has a large garden, and there is a library and park just around the corner. There are also local shops and takeaways minutes away as well.

All bills are included (except telephone), as is high speed wireless broadband.
