Large ensuite double in lovely spacious house!

Hi I have a very large 2 bed/2 bathroom house on the outskirts of Epsom in a nice, quiet and safe area. I am ideally looking for a Mon-Thur or Mon-Fri sharer, as I prefer to have the house to myself at the weekends. I am a Professional person and work long hours and am rarely at home more than 2 mid-week evenings a week, so you would often have the house to yourself including the Kitchen and Living room etc.
There is private parking outside my house and a lovely garden for the nicer weather. All facilities included (new washing machine, broadband, dishwasher, BT Vision) and I also have a fortnightly cleaner who will clean your room/bathroom (included in rent).
I have had 5 previous sharers in 7 years, my current one is leaving now due to the end of their contract. I am an extremely relaxed 'Landlord' however I do insist that you are naturally clean and tidy, as if not this will not work!!
I have just had the house completely re-decorated and re-carpeted so it is very nicely finished.
Rent is negotiable dependant upon how many nights per week the room will be used.
