You will be living with me (interior designer) and my daughter (Cinema manager). In the evenings you can either join us in the sitting room or hibernate solo, as you please. Feel free to use the kitchen, or I'm happy to cook evening meals by arrangement.
We have a garden, and limited off-road parking. There is a bus into Epsom about 3metres from front door, 20min journey. Epsom , Epsom Downs, and Tattenham Corner BR stations close by.
It's probably best if you like cats as we have several - house trained with no horrid litter tray.
I can only accept short term lets.
