It is 5 minutes walk from Ewell Stations (zone 6)and 10 mins walk from Epsom Station and shopping centre. It has bus line to Sutton, Morden Tube station and Epsom right outside. The property is fully furnished with brand new carpets, kitchen and has breakfast bar, utility room, 2 toilets, shower and bath.

Each room has a bed and wardrobe. All bills are included in the price including the highest speed broadband. The property is to share with 3 other professional females (the girls have requested another female so unfortunately looking for these applicants only). Partners/ guests are welcome to stay but not be residents as rooms are for single occupancy. This house provides safe and peaceful living accommodation for professional people.

The property is kept clean and tidy by the current tenants and therefore those wishing to live in this way only please. The property currently has 3 Female occupants- all sociable and friendly.

I have other properties locally providing the same type of accommodation and the average stay of tenants is over 2 years despite the term being 3-6 months contracts so I hope this represent the quality of the accommodation I provide.
