EPSOM Luxury room with parking and own bathroom

Very large double room with fitted wardrobes and own bathroom. The apartment is very Modern with a new kitchen, wooden floors and stylish furniture. It has a balcony and a gated Carpark where you would have your parking space.
In the centre of epsom 1min walk from epsom station, buses and shops. local gym and restaurants.
kitchen, living room and bedroom are all fully furnished (desk if needed as well).
Always clean and tidy, believe it or not being a guy.
I am 26yr old male. Professional own business and at work a lot.
I'm out at 6am and not back till 7pm 6 days a week. I go away about 6 times a year so I'm very Rarely there. You will have your own space a lot. I drive myself.
I like cooking, watching a good film I have loads and generally chilling out. I don't have my friends round all the time as I tend to go to them. Im quite and respectful.
would to prefer to live with a female as it's just easier all round.
I live with a female ATM she moves out on the 28th of sept, we contacted each other on here. She had been with me for over 8months. She is happy to give a reference for me and the apartment.
